Do You Know The Differences Between Meditation and Thinking?

Many times, people find it difficult to decipher both meditation and thought. They differ though, but not entirely.
Meditation is restructuring yourself in your mind. It is pacific to meditate as it heals you. While you meditate, you are tracing the deep solutions to your problems.
What have I done wrong? What do I need to do? Which character do I need to leave? What can I do best?
These are what filled up your mind. Correction! Your mind is channelled to one thing; your mind doesn't wander. You can meditate on the scripture too to tackle where you've gone wrong.
On the other hand, thinking is encompassing numerous things in your mind and perhaps, hurting yourself in the process.
Though, you might want to solve problems while you think, but you will have to start racking your brain to give it solution
Take for instance, searching for methods in your mind to solve a certain calculation. Peradventure, you may sweat in the process.
Furthermore, thinking may hurt you when you overwhelmed your brain with toxic thoughts. Maybe, you got a break-up, bad thoughts might seep in which could damage your heart and mind. Or, maybe someone you love so much is no more. Overthinking can lead to brain and heart damage.
In addition, you can think, but don't hurt yourself by overthinking.
In conclusion, meditation occurs mostly when you're alone in a silence place, but thinking occurs in any place at any time. While you meditate, you take a deep breath of relief, but thinking gives you fast intervals breath. Overthinking makes you heave heavily.
Your mind is at rest or relaxes when meditating, but thinking gives no peace until the case is tackled. You want a quick solution when thinking.
