Don't Abandon Your Qualifications For Tech, Leverage Tech With Your Qualification.
Hear this out today, Don't have the mindset and believe in all these sayings, that your Qualification doesn't count in this era, only tech that matters, blah blah blah, No, what you should put in your mind is that, "what have I studied?", "What Qualification do I have?" Then go and learn digital skills that will help you practice such knowledge and embrace it to the fullest.
Okay now, lets say You want to become a Blogger, then fine, learn blogging and write things related to your expertise, You studied Hausa, go ahead and be writing articles on your blog related to Hausa, You studied Biology, Physics, Chemistry, whatever, then learn digital skill that will help you embrace the knowledge you have already.
What many people failed to understand is that, learning digital skills and leveraging them with your existing knowledge, will give you more opportunity and advantage over your colleagues with same Qualification without digital skills.
Even if You are a classroom teacher, learn digital skills related to your subject, skills related to Teaching, and see how you will appear within your colleagues, even as Islamic School Teacher, there are digital skills related to you, so everybody can learn a digital skill related to what he is doing.
Insha Allah one of my 2023 target is to focus on impacting digital skills to people, which are related to their line of works or what they have studied, so help me God.
